Hilfe für Italiens Streuner, ein Projekt des deutschen Tierschutzvereines Leben für Streuner e.V., hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, Streunern in Italien zu helfen. Wir unterstützen Tierschützer vor Ort um die aufgenommenen Notfälle mit Futter zu versorgen, ihnen die nötige medizinische Versorgung zu gewährleisten und Lebenssituationen zu verbessern. Wir sind ebenso stets bemüht, mit Durchführung von Kastrationen von Straßen- und Besitzertieren das Leid zusätzlicher Streuner einzudämmen.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. The "Pferdegnadenhof Edelweiss" is a small sanctuary which is looked after by a handful of active members who are 100% volunteers. A total of 120 animals…. Horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs, deported, abused or saved from slaughter, spend the rest of their lives here in the great outdoors. The farm is financed purely from donations and without any support from the public sector.

Mona is a private Egyptian rescuer who is working intensely for the abandoned and suffering cats and dogs. In her Dream House in Cairo they are safe and protected from the cruelty they would face every day in the streets. The donations will be primarily used for castration and neutering of the animals and the medical treatment. Currently Mona is looking after approx. 70 cats and dogs which also need food. Please support Mona and the animals in her care.

Ein Zuhause für Tiere e.V. ist eine private Tierschutzinitiative von mir und meinem Mann. Wir teilen unser Haus mit 93 Katzen und 7 Hunden. Die meisten von ihnen sind chronisch krank oder behindert, andere wurden einfach entsorgt. Unser Projekt ist sozusagen ein Tierheim mit „Heimanschluss". Wir haben jeden Monat eine Tierarztrechnung von etwa 1.000€ und mehr zu begleichen. Mit einer Tierarztpatenschaft soll geholfen werden, die monatlichen Kosten für den Tierarzt zu begleichen.
