Cat House is a small cat rescue in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Our dedicated team saves street cats from the hard life outside, has them medically treated, vaccinated, neutered and nurtured. We regularly accommodate 60-70 cats, for whom we find loving forever homes in Germany and other European countries. Since we are not an association, we finance ourselves exclusively through donations. With us, every cent goes to the cats!

Ein Zuhause für Tiere e.V. ist eine private Tierschutzinitiative von mir und meinem Mann. Wir teilen unser Haus mit 93 Katzen und 7 Hunden. Die meisten von ihnen sind chronisch krank oder behindert, andere wurden einfach entsorgt. Unser Projekt ist sozusagen ein Tierheim mit „Heimanschluss". Wir haben jeden Monat eine Tierarztrechnung von etwa 1.000€ und mehr zu begleichen. Mit einer Tierarztpatenschaft soll geholfen werden, die monatlichen Kosten für den Tierarzt zu begleichen.

The association Strolchi Tierhilfe eV, supports the homeless cats in Burgas/Bulgaria. There is no shelter for cats there, so we have set up a shelter for cats and dogs. Many of the formerly homeless cats and dogs, of course all neutered and vaccinated, have a place with us where they can live safely until we have found a home for them.
