Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.

We are a cat sanctuary. Over 70 rescued animals live with us: abandoned cats, injured ferals, and adults with chronic illnesses or behavioral challenges. In 10 years we have rescued over 1,000 animals, and for many, this will be their safe forever home. To keep growing, we are becoming a foundation and building a new sanctuary. Many of the cats that come to our association collect them in terrible conditions and we must take them to the emergency room so that they can survive. Our financial resources are affected by the stacks of invoices that accumulate in veterinary medicine. Contributing one euro a month will help us cover these expenses and in the future to create a solidarity Veterinary only for stray cats.

We are a group of volunteers who operate from the deepest love for cats. Dolors Climent, the president of the association, has been carrying out this task for more than 20 years and unconditionally dedicating her time, effort and love to street cats. With her we have met a group of volunteers, together we want to improve the living conditions of cats.
