Coeur d'Asha is an association created in 2018, the team alerted by residents of Paşcani in ROMANIA, who could no longer bear the misery and death of all dogs and puppies, decided to react! In Romania, the life of these dogs who did not ask to be born, is so unbearable that most die before their 3 months of life ... We will also act wherever we can and have opened a shelter where 80 dogs are welcomed and proposed for adoption in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany.
