The "Pferdegnadenhof Edelweiss" is a small sanctuary which is looked after by a handful of active members who are 100% volunteers. A total of 120 animals…. Horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs, deported, abused or saved from slaughter, spend the rest of their lives here in the great outdoors. The farm is financed purely from donations and without any support from the public sector.

Wie können wir unser gesellschaftliches Zusammenleben neu definieren und miteinander wachsen? Denn: Wir alle sind nicht gleich, aber gleichwertig.

Big V Sanctuary and Hospice is a Vegan Run animal sanctuary, based in Chateauponsac, France. We are a registered non-profit association caring for over 150 residents, both farmed and companion animals, who have been rescued from neglect, mistreatment or slaughter. Our vision is to create a peaceful world for all living beings; a world built on justice and respect, regardless of species. In our hospice, we take care of those nearing the end of their life, with dignity, kindness and respect.
