At the Josep Carreras Foundation we have been working for more than 30 years to make leukaemia a 100% curable disease, to find 100% compatible donors for everyone, and to make displaced patients feel at home. The Animal Sanctuary Capra Libera Tutti is a place where animals which are usually considered as products are saved from exploitation and slaughter and find refuge. About 400 animals live in complete freedom, here they are not considered neither ingredients nor products. For their maintenance, for medical care and for the preservation of the facilities, constant help is needed to ensure that this place can continue to exist and resist. The total costs exceed 250 euros per day.

Wir haben eine große Herausforderung: ein spezielles Zentrum zur Behandlung von Krebs im Kindesalter zu schaffen. Unser Ziel ist es, die Heilungschancen zu erhöhen und eine ganzheitliche und persönliche Betreuung zu bieten, die niemanden aus finanziellen Gründen ausschließt. Das Zentrum wird jedes Jahr 400 neue Kinder aufnehmen und soll u.a. über 40 Zimmer 8 TPH-Kameras und 20 externe Konsultationen anbieten. Wir hoffen, dass es im 2019 Realität wird - wir brauchen die Hilfe aller.

Die Juegaterapia-Stiftung, wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, das Leben von Kindern in Krankenhäusern erträglicher zu machen. Wir sammeln gebrauchte Konsolen und Videospiele und verteilen sie in Kinderonkologien in Krankenhäusern in ganz Spanien. Juegaterapia führt in Spanien auch ein Pionierprojekt durch: stillgelegte Dächer von Krankenhäusern werden begehbar gemacht und in Gärten verwandelt, damit alle kranken Kinder im Freien in einer grünen und fröhlichen Umgebung spielen können.
