We try to meet the vital needs of people living in extreme poverty.   At present hundreds of services are carried out daily in the Center and Social Dining Room and the Cas Vicari Family Assistance Center and Food Bank.   They are given shelter, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, psychological attention, social technical attention, work orientation and a decent place where they can normalize their situation.   Tel. 637634232 - 610046105

Against child hunger. We are an orphanage in Kibera, the largest slum settlement in Africa, which helps the most vulnerable and needy children in the area. We need donations to help us feed 26 children who are already living with us plus 45 who are coming to spend the weekend. The more help we gather, the sooner we can get more children off the street! Since the conflict began in 2022, we formed this group to support Ukrainians impacted by the war. Nearly three years later, they still need our help. Together with various organizations, including CEAR (the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), we remain committed to supporting those who have come to Spain to build a new life.

Yemen is living a brutal humanitarian emergency. The girls are married off in hopes that they will be fed. The boys are recruited as soldiers. Their lives are hell: rapes, pregnancies, violence. If the school provides food, families are more likely to bring them. The SJD Pediatric Center is the first monographic centre for paediatric oncology in Spain (2nd in Europe). 70% of the centre is devoted to care and 30% to research. It has the capacity to care for 400 children and youngsters. Its spaces are designed with the emotional well-being of the children and their families in mind. Our aim is that the children have more options to overcome cancer with less after-effects. Will you join us?
