Eran 4.
Siguen luchando. No dejemos que lo hagan solas.

There are rescues that break you from the inside.
We received a call about desperate cries coming from an area in Vegueta. When we arrived, we understood why. Their mother had been found dead days earlier, presumably poisoned. Her babies had spent night after night crying, alone, starving, waiting for a mother who was never coming back.
There were 4 of them.
We only managed to get there in time to save 2. The other two little ones had already died when we found them. Alone. Cold. With no one left to protect them.
Now Thelma and Louise are clinging to life with a strength that breaks your heart. They are barely two weeks old and have already experienced the cruelest suffering. Hunger. Pain. Cold. Parasites. Infections. Fear.
While other babies their age sleep beside their mother and begin discovering the world through play, they are simply fighting to survive one more day.
We are hydrating them with fluids, giving them vitamins several times a day, treating their infections, removing fleas nonstop, trying to ease the pain in their infected little eyes… and, above all, trying to help them feel something close to the warmth and safety that were taken from them far too soon.
But saving them will not be easy. They will need medication, checkups, special food, and countless hours of intensive care.
Please help us give them the chance their little sisters never had. Any donation, share, or support means more than you can imagine.
Thelma and Louise are still here. They are still fighting. Let’s not make them do it alone.
