Update of the cause
August is a hot month in Greece, so we avoid TNR. Heat can make recovery after the return difficult for the cats, as everything is dry and hot.
Still, we did one TNR that was necessary in a crowded area of Athens, since people go on holiday and we have more space to work. We did well with 27 cats in total. Plus a poor stray with a broken hind leg, taken to the vet clinic for surgery and recovery.
