Territorio de Zaguates es un lugar donde hoy en día dan cobijo a mas de 1300 perros que son abandonados, repudiados, torturados, heridos, maltratados en Costa Rica. Allí se les ofrece una segunda oportunidad para empezar de cero pero como es de imaginar los gastos son exorbitantes: alimentos, visitas al veterinario etc. Territorio de Zaguates se mantiene únicamente a base de trabajo duro, donaciones y merchandising. Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.

Perpètua de Mogoda, which is not currently backed up enough. We try to rescue abandoned, injured cats, to sensitize the population for responsible tenure.
