El Jardín de Rafaela, nació en 2010 bajo el nombre de JARELA, ASOC. PROTECTORA DE ANIMALES MOTRIL.En estos momentos tenemos 20 perros y más de 200 gatos, los últimos son gatitos rescatados de la perrera de Motril, Malaga, Almería y Granada en riesgo de sacrificio, la mayoría de ellos enfermos, desnutrido y en un estado psicológico lamentable. Necesitamos ayuda economica para hacernos cargo de su alimentacion y salud. Ayudanos a ayudarles y poder darles una segunda oportunidad.

Rescatamos a los animales mas necesitados, muchos de ellos son recogidos en condiciones lamentables y pasa algún tiempo hasta que pueden encontrar un hogar. No recibimos subvenciones ni tenemos refugio, por lo que nuestro único soporte son donaciones de particulares y nuestros propios recursos. Luchamos por el derecho de todos los animales a tener una vida sin sufrimiento. Tenemos colaboradoras que ofrecen sus casas para acoger a algunos de los animales rescatados. Pero son tantos casos, que necesitamos ayuda para residencia canina y gastos de veterinario. Cuantas más personas nos unamos a la causa , mayor será el número de animales que podamos atender y sacar de la calle. Ellos necesitan la ayuda de todos nosotros .

Little abandoned dog run over by a car. She was going to be euthanised but I rescued her just before she was to be put down. She was later operated on and is being rehabilitated. Nowadays she moves with a wheelchair and even with several ailments, and many economic expenses that are maintained in the time, she lives like a normal dog, to the point that she is happy even if she can't move her back legs.

We are a family from Spain. Our son Mateo, has a genetic mutation in the NEK8 gene, considered ultra rare, that is damaging his organs. When he was 9 months old, he had a liver transplant and when he was 3 years old, a kidney transplant. In a future he could need a heart transplant, also. There is a research team that can help him to stop his illness but they need funding (€62,000). Your contribution can save him.
