Claudia, con tan solo 4 años y medio, se encuentra afrontando mil batallas, las que le acompañan en esta enfermedad genética y muy rara denominada "MENKE-HENNEKAM", en la que apenas hay diagnosticados unos 50 casos en todo el mundo. Los problemas que le genera son tanto físicos como neurológicos. Im Süden Äthiopiens, in einer ländlichen Region mit sehr geringen wirtschaftlichen Ressourcen, befindet sich das Gambo-Missionskrankenhaus. Es bietet allen Einwohnern der Region erschwingliche Gesundheitsversorgung und nimmt selbst die ärmsten Menschen aus entlegenen Gebieten auf. Die Bevölkerung leidet unter schwerer Unterernährung, Dehydration, Malaria, Tuberkulose, AIDS, Lungenentzündung, Meningitis usw. Und Kinder sind am stärksten gefährdet und am häufigsten betroffen.

In Nepal, menstruating women are isolated in huts. During those days of the month they cannot enter the house. They cannot touch the water, they hardly eat, and they are alone. A brutal practice that causes deaths from hypothermia, suffocation, snakes and rapes. By offering menstrual cups and an educational program in schools you can make this stop. With the menstrual cup, girls begin to sleep at home and face the menstruation taboos in their communities.

Todo lo recaudado desde este grupo va a ir destinatario a todos los gastos veterinarios de la asociación Birds Friends, ya sean urgencias, intervenciones, tratamientos, analíticas, etc... En Birds Friends tenemos varios gastos, veterinario, manutención, instalaciones, gestoría, abogado, etc... Pero sin lugar a dudas los gastos veterinarios son de los más grandes que tenemos a día de hoy y es lo que más nos cuesta, ya que no tenemos ningún tipo de ingreso fijo. Gracias por vuestra ayuda.
