Conditions of use for Teaming Manager users
Groups without a Teaming Manager
It may happen that a Group that initially had one or more Teaming Managers is left without a Teaming Manager due to the following circumstances:
- Expulsion of the Teaming Manager by TEAMING for legal reasons (cases of fraud, payment errors, money laundering, terrorism...)
- Teaming Manager inactivity in the Group (when for 1 month the Teaming Manager performs no action in the Group or there is a complaint from a Group Teamer).
- Continuous payment error by the Group Teaming Manager: 3 consecutive payment errors or unjustified payment error on the first receipt. That is, the Teaming Manager has stopped collaborating with the cause.
Groups with inactive Teaming Managers may fall into the following circumstances:
- They have no balance.
- They have a balance and there are no Teamers (only the Teaming Manager is present)
- They have a balance and there are more Teamers.
Groups without balance
If the Group has just been created and the Teaming Manager has a payment error on the first receipt without justification (lack of funds, expired card, stolen card, and change of bank account), the Group will be unilaterally deleted by Teaming.
If it is not the first receipt – and the group has no balance because the funds have already been transferred – Teaming will contact the Teaming Manager, but if no response is received, it may delete it unilaterally.
Groups with balance
In the case of having a balance, Teaming will notify the Teaming Manager on three occasions. If upon the third notice there is no response from them, a call will be opened among the rest of the Teamers to become Teaming Managers. If no one wants to take over the Group or if there are no more Teamers, the Group will be closed and the balance will be transferred to the Teaming Foundation.
The Teaming Foundation is committed to using these funds for the benefit of the community, investing in platform improvements or donating to social projects.
In case of expulsion for legal reasons
Groups with Teaming Managers who have been expelled for legal reasons will be investigated. If the social cause is not involved in the legal process, we will transfer the funds to the social cause and ask the rest of the Teamers if they want to be promoted to Teaming Manager. If no one wants to or there are no more Teamers, the Group will be deleted.
If the cause is involved in the legal process, we will ask the Teamers if they want to transfer the funds to a similar social cause or to the Teaming Foundation. Afterwards, the Group will be deleted. If there are no other Teamers, the funds will be transferred to the Teaming Foundation.
