Two similar hearts: TONY VIOLA, a Calabrian volunteer active in the rescue of lost and hopeless souls, in the very sad reality of the south of today and LAURA GRANA, a life spent collecting needy animals as well as professional video maker and web designer. We decided to get involved, in order to help anyone's angels, the invisible souls, the last ones, who remain alone on the helpless road, abandoned to their inauspicious destiny.

Mi chiamo Susy e sono una volontaria Calabrese. Da 10 anni recupero le anime indifese. Ho circa 50 cani nella mia proprietà privata, perché purtroppo la possibilità di fare un rifugio al momento non ce l'ho. Da anni accolgo e aiuto quelli che la mano indegna dell'uomo abbandona per strada,nelle montagne e recupero cani nei canili lager. Non ho un entrata fissa purtroppo e non ho molto sostegno dalle persone. 1€ al mese e poco più di un caffè, per voi é pochissimo ma per me é tanto.

Sono un Veterinario e a Catanzaro gestisco una piccola associazione che si occupa di gatti randagi feriti, malati e disabili. Li curiamo e restano con noi finché non trovano una casa adatta. We are a small charity association in Taurianova (RC) - south of Italy. We currently host around 80 homeless dogs to whom we provide care, food and lots of love, hoping to find them a family forever! We also take care of those that we can't accomodate in our shelter due to lack of space, monitoring them and guaranteeing them veterinary care if necessary, with the aim of finding them a temporary home until we can welcome them.

For more than 30 years, Scooby has been providing shelter to abandoned and mistreated animals. In the 90's we brought to light the atrocities inflicted on galgos (Spanish greyhounds). At present, we are the biggest shelter in Spain, currently homing more than 1000 dogs and cats and 200 farm animals. Our resources are very limited and we depend mainly on the donations. "Bryan's Levrieri Rescue" is a voluntary association (based in Rome) founded with the aim of spreading in Italy and Europe the maltreatment situation in which thousands of Galgos and Podencos Spanish greyhounds and also the Russian Borzoy are found each year. This is a sanctuary to help abused & abandoned horses and other species. Live 64 equines and other animals in the sanctuary. The approximate cost per horse per month is 120 euros if they are in good health; if there are not, the amount can go up to a few hundreds of euros and even thousands. The "La Ninna" Hedgehogs Recovery Center is located in Piedmont in Novello, in the province of Cuneo in the Langhe and is a center specialized in curing the European hedgehog, in their preservation in order to reinsert them (when possible) in nature in their habitat. The idea of ​​creating a place to care for and assist the hedgehogs was born following the discovery of an orphaned hog of a few grams "Ninna", taken care of by the veterinarian Massimo Vacchetta.
