Con la nostra associazione salviamo la vita a cani e gatti destinati a morire in modo atroce nelle perreras spagnole. Sono centinaia ogni giorno le mattanze..nei modi più crudeli possibili..e a volte non riusciamo ad arrivare in tempo..siamo in difficoltà e ad un passo dal chiudere. Calico Association is a non-profit organization composed of a group of volunteers active throughout the Lazio region. Our objective? Not to leave any needy animal alone. In Nepi our growing community of volunteers spays/neuters, shelters, cares for, and facilitates adoptions for an increasing number of animals in the area. In Rome, we manage the 370 cats hosted at the ValleGrande shelter. We take care of their well-being and promote the adoption of cats and dogs housed in the facility.

1: La OASI FELINA es una zona arbolada vallada de 900 metros cuadrados que alberga a unos 50 gatos callejeros o sin hogar, y en verano el número de gatos alojados se duplica. En la zona, ayudamos a casi 400 gatos alojados en las colonias con comida, medicinas y gastos veterinarios, y ofrecemos gateras a domicilio a los gatos que lo necesitan. Para su mantenimiento, atención médica y alojamiento, se necesita ayuda constante para garantizar su bienestar.

Balzoo - Banco Alimentare Zoologico - in the Padua section we mainly take care of cats. We handle daily emergencies related to abandonment, kittens, owners in difficulty. We also handle emergency situations of severe abuse. Our aim is to manage these emergencies as best we can, and to do this we need an extra paw!
