L’Associació Gats de Llançà ha sido creada como respuesta a la problemática de descontrol de colonias felinas del pueblo de Llançà. Nuestro principal objetivo es el bienestar de los animales que habitan en las calles de nuestro pueblo. Para ello es necesario evitar que sufran envenenamientos, atropellos, enfermedades, agresiones u otros, intentando controlar el número de gatos que componen una colonia. Estamos implementando el método CER (Captura, Esterilización, Retorno).
