Las monjas de la Inmaculada Concepción de Castres llevan más de cien años trabajando por el desarrollo en Senegal. En Sangué, han construido un dispensario médico, una guardería y una escuela de primaria que en 2020 concederá los primeros certificados de escolaridad a niños de familias de todas las creencias. Además, construyen pozos en tierras semidesérticas, en las que cada vez hay que cavar más hondo para encontrar agua, tan esencial para la vida y casi imposible de conseguir sin ayuda.

Yemen is living a brutal humanitarian emergency. The girls are married off in hopes that they will be fed. The boys are recruited as soldiers. Their lives are hell: rapes, pregnancies, violence. If the school provides food, families are more likely to bring them. Tatuadores por la Paz is a Non-Profit Association that has been working for 7 years in Syrian Refugee Camps in Tripoli (Lebanon) We are currently working in two fields (in one of them we built a small school) and also in an educational center in the city, where they have given us some classrooms in an area where groups of refugees live in very very precarious conditions, unfortunately there are many.

As hungry people continue to flee the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in El Fasher, our teams are providing urgent care to those who have managed to reach the town of Tawila. There, we are witnessing extreme levels of acute malnutrition, the most serious example to date of the nutritional crisis that has been ravaging Sudan since the start of the war.
