Este centro sirve de apoyo al desarrollo socioeconómico de Sirarou y de los poblados colindantes, mediante el aumento de la participación de sus mujeres en las actividades económicas. Animalistas Torrevieja is a protective (NGO) that looks after the welfare of animals. Our funding is through the events we do and with this we take care of the animals we have, both ourselves and in foster homes. external cases or even a residence in case we are overwhelmed. Protectora SAT Animal Rescue, or ‘SAT’ as it is usually known, is a voluntary organisation and registered charity rescuing and re-homing stray and abandoned dogs in the Alicante province. In January 2024 we moved to our new kennels at San Isidro, which provides much better accommodation for our dogs, but we still need to raise more funds to complete the project. We get no government funding and rely solely on donations and income from our shops. www.satanimalrescue.com

Gestionamos a varias colonias felinas protegidas en la ciudad de Torrevieja, cuidamos tanto de los gatos ferales como de los abandonados y son cada vez más :(. Buscamos ayuda para poder seguir alimentándoles. Además algunos de ellos necesitan comida especial porque están enfermos o demasiado flacos. We are a non-profit organization born in 2011 whose main goal is to offer better living conditions to street cats in Barcelona. Once the necessary veterinary care is offered, they go through an adaptation process in our cat house (C/De La Fusina, 6, El Born, Barcelona) until they can be delivered to an adoptive family.
