Paws-Patas is a fully registered non-profit animal rescue & rehoming organisation in the Almería region of Spain. We rely solely on the amazing generosity of our supporters across the world. At any one time, we have approximately 250 dogs & cats in our care, all rescued from situations they themselves never could've never wished they had found themselves in. We also operate a TNR (Trap Neuter Return) in conjunction with our our partners.

Benafim Dogs is a privately run dog sanctuary in the Algarve. We care for up to 30 dogs of all ages and sizes. The dogs have either been abandoned, surrendered or rescued from situations of cruelty and abuse. In addition we provide support to municipal kennels in the Algarve by taking out dogs who often have been incarcerated for years. Our ultimate aim is to rehabilitate and rehome each dog. We need your support to provide the care every single dog needs on a daily basis in the meantime.

In Spain, feral cats have a harsh and difficult life. I am trying to make that life a little bit better for some of them. I now have 44 cats of various ages and in various states of health at home. Vets bills are not cheap and food bills and medication add to the costs of keeping them healthy & happy. Your help in keeping these, and others not part of my group (the feral colonies nearby, for example) fed, parasite free & access to medical care when necessary is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Jan Henderson runs the shelter and has been onsite since 2011. Canigoldra Associacao is a non-profit organisation.

A Dogs Life is an animal shelter and rescue sevice in the Eastern Algarve dedicated to saving lives and re-homing abandoned and abused animals. We also give a loving retirement home for those dogs unable to be rehomed. As we have ever increasing vets bills and are currently trying to improve and create more spacious areas for the dogs we would realy appreciate your donation. Every euro donated will directly benefit the dogs in our care. A heartfelt thankyou from Lucy and her team x

Azores Dog Rescue is a registered non-profit organization on the island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. I began rescuing dogs in 2016, shortly after moving here from the UK, after witnessing the heartbreaking neglect and abuse of dogs, especially the Portuguese Podengos - the local hunting dogs. Currently we are full to capacity with 54 dogs and pups at the shelter – most of these were abandoned and arrived fearful and traumatised. Please support Azores Dog Rescue with just 1 Euro each month so
