Afrikable is an NGDO that fights for the integral empowerment of women at risk of social exclusion on the island of Lamu (Kenya). Currently develops the project of the Maternity Home whose objective is to reduce the high mortality rate of women and / or babies during childbirth. Only 15% of women on the island give birth with medical assistance. This project will give them a safe place to give birth and where to pass their gynecological exams

Quand Martina avait 2 mois, elle s'est cassé les deux jambes dans les bras de sa mère. Ce jour-là fut le pire jour de notre vie. Depuis, elle a subi de multiples fractures qui l'empêchent de marcher normalement. Notre fille est atteinte d'Ostéogenèse imparfaite, mieux connue sous le nom d'os de verre. Nous destinons 100% des fonds récoltés à des entités et projets impliqués pour l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients.
