Liebe Tierfreunde, unser Verein (Traurige Hundeseelen e.V.) unterstützt eine bewundernswerte Tierschützerin in Serbien. Mirica Toma ist pensionierte Deutschlehrerin und betreut in Zaklopaca (Nähe Belgrad) derzeit ca. 100 Hunde und 90 Katzen - und das mit umgerechnet 400 € Rente. Sie teilt alles was sie besitzt mit den Hunden und arbeitet rund um die Uhr aufopferungsvoll für die Tiere. Alleine das Futter kostet im Monat über 1000 Euro, jeder Euro hilft uns. Wir kümmern uns um die Straßenkatzen auf Zypern. Die Population ist sehr hoch und wir versuchen durch Kastrationen dem Elend entgegen zu wirken. Außerdem betreiben wir Futterstellen und kümmern uns um kranke und verletze Tiere.

Dear teaming & cat lovers, Ukraine is a poor country where animals are of little value. If an animal is not wanted (anymore), sick or injured, it is dumped on the street. Few people with big hearts full of love, kindness & empathy take care of these poor and maltreated souls.
