The ACDB - Wildlife Rehabilitation Center is the place where many wild animals are rescued from dramatic situations. We care for all our patients and we do our best in order to release as many an possible back into the wild. Orphans bears or deers, electrocuted storks, frozen swans, young birds fallen from their nests and many animals hit by cars in traffic, all come to us, where they are taken care of by a team of volunteers and passionate professionals.

I numerosi animali abbandonati per la strada rappresentano un grande problema sociale per la Romania. A loro è negata la possibilità di avere una famiglia e una vita dignitosa, vengono abbandonati per strada o uccisi in maniera crudele. Cosa offriamo con questo progetto: · Visite veterinarie · Trattamenti sanitari · Sterilizzazione · Ricerca di famiglie · Informazione e sensibilizzazione verso il maggior numero di persone in riferimento all’abbandono e la vita degli animali abbandonati.

Founded in October 2018, Nima Sanctuary is Romania’s first farm animals’ sanctuary, currently hosting 27 truly happy cows, 15 pigs, 4 horses, 2 donkeys, 10 sheep, 5 goats, 23 chickens, geese and ducks, plus few dozens of rescue dogs and cats, living in a 10ha haven (divided in 4 locations) at the bottom of the Fagaras Mountains Southern slopes, on Valsan Valley.
