Alma Libre Rescue Italia is an Italian NON-PROFIT dedicated to the rescue and adoption of Spanish greyhounds, unworthily exploited and abused for hare hunting and clandestine racing. The rescued Galgos are cared for in a shelter in Seville by loving volunteers. Each month we guarantee the maintenance of these special creatures, from their recovery until adoption, the moment of their rebirth. Your every contribution is a drop of love that helps us to do more and more, heartfelt thanks!

We created this group to build a base of donations in order to guarantee daily food to the 500 dogs that live in our sanctuary in Prijedor, (BIH). Our dogs eat almost 6 tons of dry and canned food per day and the cost is 9000 Euros per month. With this group we want to show that difference can made by a single Euro per month. We are a free animal shelter where around 80 animals removed from the production chain live. At the La Capra Campa farm goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, quails, pigs, donkeys, cattle, dogs and cats live free. They are our travel companions! In order to be able to support this great project and other small and large initiatives all linked to the vegan and anti-speciesist world, in February 2020 we founded, with a group of trusted friends, Il Soffio di Gea ODV association.

For more than 10 years we have been helping all kinds of social causes to get financial help completely free of charge and constantly. Galgo Lovers Italia is a Social Promotion Association born in January 2023 from the passion for dogs and cynophilia, especially in the context of Italy-Spain cooperation for the safeguarding, recovery, and adoption of Galgos, Podencos, and mixed-breed dogs. We hope that this Teaming group can help us support, even with just 1 euro per month each, the daily emergencies to be faced in the rescue and recovery of these precious souls.
