We are Potes i Arrels, the animal protective association of Muro de Alcoy, a town in Alicante. We were born with the aim of preventing the stray animals of our town from ending up in a dog pound, and we succeeded! We don't have a municipal animal shelter, but that does not stop us. We work with foster homes to avoid life behind bars as much as possible. For only € 1 a month, you can contribute to giving a second chance to those who have been rejected by others. Gaia Sanctuary Foundation is a vegan rescue and recovery center for animals considered as farm, where those who have been exploited, mistreated or abandoned, receive the necessary care to have a decent life for the rest of their lives.
