We accompany and support seriously ill people and their families so that they can face, especially at home, such a difficult time that affects them physically and emotionally, and in which all help is little. For 15 years, the foundation has improved the well-being of patients and families thanks to the work of its team, the commitment of volunteers and the solidarity and support of collaborating people and entities.
