Nazarín es una asociación de protección animal cuyo trabajo consiste fundamentalmente en mejorar las condiciones de vida de los gatos callejeros constituyendo colonias felinas controladas desde el punto de vista sanitario y reproductivo. También rescatamos a aquellos gatos domésticos que han sido abandonados y conservan un carácter sociable, así como los cachorros que por su edad puedan ser socializados, con la finalidad de darlos en adopción posteriormente.

Soy Juancho, un gato común europeo (eso dice mi doctor aunque yo creo que de común no tengo nada) que desde hace ya casi 10 años humanos me he dedicado a pasearme por las calles del pueblo en busca de compañeros felinos a los que poder echar una pata. En una de mis siete vidas he decidido ayudar a mis compatriotas y para ello he reclutado un par de criadas humanas para desempañar las funciones que debido a mi condición felina me son imposibles de completar (burocracia humana).

At Nazarin, we've decided to help the most forgotten animals. Saved from certain death in municipal kennels awaiting euthanasia and with no chance of adoption, these are older animals with a lifetime of abuse and neglect. Our efforts and the financial support we raise are used to cover their needs (food, veterinary treatment, etc.). They all live in harmony, enjoying their well-deserved retirement. The sanctuary offers them the life they deserve.
