It is one of those curious stories in which a teacher discovers the project of a student who is fighting in her country (Georgia) to ensure that no one is missing a blood transfusion . The project began in January 2021, led by a group of young women, who have the purpose that no one dies in Georgia due to lack of blood and with the mission of creating a safe and efficient system for blood donation, currently controlled by the mafias and the corrupt.
Actualmente, el proyecto está centrado en el reconocimiento tanto por parte de las instituciones públicas (Ministerio de salud en Georgia) como del sector privado y la sociedad civil para que sean conscientes de la importancia de tener un sistema de donación público, seguro y eficiente.
Además, continuamos con la gestión de transfusiones de sangre, encontrando donantes voluntarios (más de 1.500 hasta hoy) para las personas que tengan una necesidad de transfusión de sangre y salvando vidas (más de 200).
Por último, estamos cerrando acuerdos con empresas para conseguir un mayor impacto en la sociedad civil.
