I'm Federica, psychologist and activist of the Palestinian cause. I am creating this group to find support that can help the Palestinians. The situation is increasingly tragic in Gaza and its surroundings: prices are skyrocketing, humanitarian aid has not entered for weeks now, no one has shelter anymore and many diseases have spread. This contribution will be donated to the "Soleterre Foundation", an NGO that particularly deals with children with cancer in areas affected by conflicts.
"Fondazione Soleterre" was founded in 2002 to safeguard the psycho-physical well-being of children, women, and men. Their main focus is on children suffering from cancer, who in a war context cannot access care, and children with war-related trauma and injuries. They are creating a space to heal children's traumas within the Beit Jala Hospital in Bethlehem, the only remaining public hospital in Palestine for pediatric cancer treatment, where our psychologists can help children suffering from cancer and traumatized by war to manage their emotions and face the illness with greater awareness and serenity. Last year, a psychologist, Dr. Farah Fatafta, was added to the pediatric oncology department of Beit Jala Hospital. The Soleterre Children Center will provide equipped rooms dedicated to psychological support sessions, medical care, rehabilitation rooms, and play-therapy rooms. Funds will be used for this.

Tra luglio, agosto e nei mesi successivi, Soleterre ha rafforzato la propria presenza nella
Striscia, in particolare nell’area di Khan Younis, sostenendo il Nasser Hospital, diventato
il principale e unico punto di riferimento sanitario nel sud di Gaza.
Le donazioni hanno contribuito ad avviare interventi urgenti di:
• distribuzione cibo alle famiglie e ai pazienti ricoverati
• rifornimento acqua, carburante e beni essenziali
• sostegno nella gestione dei pazienti in cura
• supporto psicologico alla popolazione colpita
• risposta alle richieste emergenziali di farmaci, compresi i chemioterapici
per i bambini oncologici
Oggi, grazie alle nostre periodiche donazioni, possiamo garantire sostegno psicologico,
