We are a Non Profit Association formed in 2018. Samantha Lake founded the center after seeing that although this is an island of horse lovers, there are many abandoned, abused and neglected horses & donkeys. She decided, with the help of family and friends, to try make a difference and help these animals, giving them a permanent safe and loving place to live freely. Will you help us? Our rescue center believes that every horse, pony, donkey, or mule has the right to a happy and healthy life, free from fear and abandonment. With your support and donations, the animals we care for get to live that wonderful life. We provide them with a safe and loving home, so they can live out the rest of their lives with relative freedom, ensuring they receive proper care, veterinary treatment, and rehabilitation. Soy una de las voluntaria del centro desde hace ya algunos años, y aunque ninguno de nosotros somos expertos, simplemente amamos los animales y dedicamos el máximo de nuestro tiempo al refugio. No siempre es fácil combinarlo con nuestras vidas y trabajos, pero con la ayuda de más voluntarios como vosotros brindaremos a estos animales rescatados la oportunidad de vivir una vida feliz, saludable y segura.
