El objetivo principal de TAC es crear conciencia sobre los derechos y las necesidades de los animales a través de talleres y actividades en los centros educativos. De esta forma esperamos disminuir el maltrato y el abandono de animales en Andalucía. También organizamos eventos de recaudación de fondos para poder apoyar a los refugios logísticamente y en situaciones de emergencia. Además ayudamos con reparaciones y obras. Nuestro lema es "Trabajando juntos por el mayor bien posible para TODOS".
Ever since TAC was created in 2019, our focus has been to educate young people about animal care and raise awareness about the dire situation of animals in the South of Spain. We go to primary and secondary schools in the Campo de Gibraltar and our most recent project is our Junior Volunteer Programme (JVP) in which young people learn how to look after animals on our HQ and also learn the theory. We have around 200 animals living in our care at the moment. Some forever and others until they get adopted. We want young people to learn empathy and see that they are part of the change to improve living conditions for all animals in this area.

We're very excited to share that we'll be starting school sessions again this week! First Primary School is in Pelayo and we'll be doing three online sessions! YAY! Later on in the month, we'v been booked again at the Tesorrillo Secondary school to deliver 3 workshops to a Year 8 group. We'll keep you posted! Thanks for your continued support!
