A lot of the dogs that comes to the shelter are old and sick, or they grow old and sick in the shelter. This means a huge amount of money for the shelter especially when it comes to surgeries and daily medications. Sometimes it even leads to animals not getting all the care they need in time beacuse of lack of funds.
