Since the conflict began in 2022, we formed this group to support Ukrainians impacted by the war. Nearly three years later, they still need our help. Together with various organizations, including CEAR (the Spanish Commission for Refugee Aid), we remain committed to supporting those who have come to Spain to build a new life.
With your help, we’re able to support Ukrainian men and women in their daily lives by covering nursery school tuition, alternative therapies (such as physiotherapy, speech therapy, art therapy, and occupational therapy), school supplies, DELE exam fees, degree validation fees, and sworn translations, among other needs. We want to stand by them, helping them build a life as close as possible to the one they left behind. CEAR has already supported over 27,694 Ukrainian refugees and is currently assisting 641 people in apartments and many more living with their families. Un gesto pequeño, un agradecimiento enorme.
Hoy queremos compartir algo que nos ha emocionado profundamente. Una carta de alguien al que has cambiado su vida.
D.O tiene 41 años. Vivía en la ciudad de Dnipro (Ucrania) y era conductor.
En estos meses ha aprendido muy bien castellano y se ha sacado un certificado de profesionalidad nivel II de cara al asesoramiento inmobiliario. También se han empezado a homologar sus titulaciones (bachiller).
A día de hoy se han gestionado todos los trámites para la percepción del IMV y la Renta Valenciana, pero hay que esperar para su concesión.
D.O. fue una de las personas que recibió vuestra ayuda y pudo pagar el alquiler gracias a ella. Él ha escrito una carta donde agradece la ayuda recibida.
Su mensaje es sencillo, pero poderoso:
“Gracias por no olvidarnos. Gracias por demostrar que todavía existe bondad.”
