TP CARTAGENA RM is the only association of family members and people with personality disorders (PD) in the Region of Murcia, which 10% of the population suffer from. The borderline personality disorder (BPD) stands out with 2-4%. It usually entails extreme suffering and dysfunction, is the basis of other mental disorders and its suicide rate is 10%; but with specialized treatment these people can lead a normal life.
