Coeur d'Asha is an association created in 2018, the team alerted by residents of Paşcani in ROMANIA, who could no longer bear the misery and death of all dogs and puppies, decided to react! In Romania, the life of these dogs who did not ask to be born, is so unbearable that most die before their 3 months of life ... We will also act wherever we can and have opened a shelter where 80 dogs are welcomed and proposed for adoption in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany.

Our association Loulous Sauvés in Extremis (LSIE) rescues dogs on kill list or in great danger in Romanian public shelters and also offer safe sheltering to stray dogs, injured dogs, puppies abandonned with or without mothers. Every month, dogs are put in sanitary order to join families in France or Belgium Your Euro is the first link of this solidarity chain. The FLACA Association works for animal welfare, supporting animals in distress. We provide essential material support, including food, shelter, and hygiene supplies for dogs and cats in need. Our association funds veterinary care, including preventative care, treatments, spaying/neutering, and emergency care. We collaborate with qualified veterinarians to ensure the health and well-being of the animals we support. We also offer adoptions.
