L'associazione di volontariato Le Chichine ONLUS nasce nel gennaio del 2017 e gestisce l'omonimo rifugio per animali situato in Osimo, provincia di Ancona. Più di centocinquanta animali vivono nel rifugio e tutti, tranne qualche eccezione, sono accomunati da un passato di sofferenza: una volta arrivati a Le Chichine viene garantita loro una vita serena e possono riprendere il possesso della propria, trattati come individui.

Porcikomodi is one the the largest, oldest and most populated animal sanctuaries that protects animals rescued from the meat industry in Italy. The sanctuary in Magnago (Mi) provides home for: • approx. 42 pigs • approx. 100 sheep and goats • 4 bovines • 4 equines • approx. 40 disabled barnyard birds. More info on www.vitadacani.org

Ohana means family in the hawaian language. Our family includes 150 (human and non-human) animals. Everyone has his/her story of liberation, own name and personality Ohana was funded in 2016 in Empoli (Tuscany) when Letizia and Luigi sold all their belongings to buy a land and give shelter to animals saved from explotation and slaughterhouse. The Heartland Sanctuary houses more than 300 souls saved by abandonment and exploitation. We host goats, sheep, donkeys, horses, pigs, ocche, chickens, ducks, rabbits, parrots, dogs, cats...
