La WEA-F (Wild Exotic Animal Foundation) supporta Istituzioni che svolgono attività di ricerca e assistenza a favore degli animali non convenzionali, selvatici e domestici. In particolare sostiene le attività del CANC (Centro Animali Non Convenzionali) di Grugliasco (TO), unico referente per la fauna selvatica in difficoltà ritrovata nel territorio di Città Metropolitana di Torino (CMT). Annualmente vengono curati e gestiti oltre 3600 selvatici grazie a un esiguo contributo di CMT e donazioni.

The "La Ninna" Hedgehogs Recovery Center is located in Piedmont in Novello, in the province of Cuneo in the Langhe and is a center specialized in curing the European hedgehog, in their preservation in order to reinsert them (when possible) in nature in their habitat.
