Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Dash is one of the biggest animal rescue establishments in Greece. Almost all of the furry inhabitants have a sad past and deserve from now on a better life! We aim to provide primary medical treatment such as vaccination and anti-tick-drugs for all dogs. It is also important to have special food for our old or sick protégés. This way, we will be able to continue helping animals in Need. One dog at a time- for a better and more healthy life!

The animal welfare organisation Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. looks after around 1,500 dogs and cats in the northern Romanian cities of Bistrita, Baia Mare, Zalau, Fantanele, Busag and Cluj. Our vision is a Romania free of animal suffering and our mission is to create livable conditions for dogs and cats and to advocate for their needs. We are a Romanian animal rescue organisation fighting to reduce the number of stray animals by offering them a better life through adoption and also through spay and neuter campaigns in our area. We also have our own private shelter where animals in need are being treated and taken care of for an unlimited period of time until they are adopted. We are currently caring for 80 dogs and 2 horses.
