The "Siberia-Gasteiz Cultural Association, communication workshop, free and social radio Siberia FM" was born from the idea of its associates to promote in Vitoria Gasteiz a free radio broadcast with social and cultural purposes that allows the citizen of to be able to express their concerns through radio space.
