Wir sind ein Tierheim für Hunde in Xabia, Spanien, das 1999 gegründet wurde. Unser Tierheim bietet einen sicheren Ort für Hunde, die von ihren Besitzern verloren, verlassen oder aufgegeben wurden, bis sie ihr Zuhause für immer finden. Wir sind ein großes Tierheim, das in erster Linie auf Spenden für die Gesamtkosten für den Betrieb des Tierheims und die Pflege der Hunde angewiesen ist.

Asociación sin ánimo de lucro, contra el abandono y maltrato animal. Grupo creado por voluntarios para el rescate de animales que están sufriendo abusos con la finalidad de encontrarles un hogar digno donde puedan ser felices. Ahora mismo solo disponemos de un pequeño refugio para cachorros pero estamos trabajando e intentando recaudar algo de fondos para construir uno donde poder dar cobijo a perros adultos mientras buscamos el mejor hogar para ellos. Entre todos lo conseguiremos!!

APROP is a not for profit Animal Protection Association based in Pego, Spain. We are a network of committed volunteers and foster carers who rescue and rehome abandoned dogs and cats. Our shelter is basic, but full of love and care, providing a safe place for our animals to stay along with food and all veterinary care until they are adopted. Life for Javea's street cats can be challenging and without controlling the population it rapidly grows. (One female cat can give birth every four months to four kittens!) As a legal, official non-profit organisation we use the humane method of trap, neuter and return to try to prevent so many kittens being born on the streets. More than 6000 cats have been sterilised to date. We also help feral/street cats in distress, ill or injured and have a team of volunteers who feed our many colonies.
