Deze groep is opgericht ter ondersteuning van 'Spaanse Honden in Nood' | Animal Care Espana. Deze organisatie, meer dan 20 jaar geleden opgericht door een Belgische dame, is gevestigd in Mijas (Zuid-Spanje) en redt honden van dodingstations. Het heeft permanent meer dan 500 honden in zijn 2 refugio's en zoekt fijne adoptiegezinnen voor hen in België en Nederland, na een grondige screening van de kandidaten. Animal Care España Honden in Nood

ACE is a recognized organization where volunteers are committed to rescue stray dogs and cats in southern Spain, that have been mistreated or dumped from killing stations, and through adoption a chance of a life in one nice family. ACE is committed on the spot to better legislation, implementation and control of these, set up castration programs and provide education about care and dealing with animals at local schools.
