For every given euro we protect one m2 of the therapeutic forest of the Castle of Requesens. At Selvans we apply the conclusions of the International Congress "THE POTENTIAL OF FORESTS IN HEALTH" that we have organized in Girona. We defend this impressive natural heritage and take care of health by walking together for the reunion with nature. Taking a forest bath in the oak forest of Requesens connects with a natural heritage preserved since the times of Empuries County

Alineats amb el tercer objectiu dels ODS de Nacions Unides, cuidem del bosc terapèutic del Castell de Requesens, desplegant nous serveis de salut i benestar per a les persones. L’objectiu és incloure els banys de bosc en el sistema de salut pública, tal i com ja sestà fent a Japó, la República de Corea, Alemanya o Escòcia. La recerca biomèdica també està constatant que determinats compostos orgànics volàtils del medi forestal ajuden a enfortir el sistema immunològic.
