OCC is a registered nonprofit organisation active in both Barcelona (Spain) and Polykastro (Greece), working towards the inclusion of refugees and migrants through educational and cultural activities. We work mainly with volunteers to offer language classes, technical workshops, sports activities, cultural events, and women and children’s support. At the same time, we work on an international level with many European partners to increase our social impact.

Yemen is living a brutal humanitarian emergency. The girls are married off in hopes that they will be fed. The boys are recruited as soldiers. Their lives are hell: rapes, pregnancies, violence. If the school provides food, families are more likely to bring them. We give milk, bread, egg/cheese/tuna and fruit to 2205 children in 4 schools and their lifes have changed!!. 1 breakfast =€0.59. 1month=€12,32. TOTAL 4 school/month= €27.165. 1 in 5 children in Yemen suffer from acute malnutrition (2.3 million total). 500,000 are at risk of death. Families do not have money for the hospital or for necessary food. Under Yemeni pediatric supervision we take care of serious and difficult cases. We give milk, food, medicine, medical assistance, pay hospital admissions, etc., until their recovery or improvement. €1 pays for 1 day's worth of milk for 1 baby. Every €10 we buy 1 can of milk for 4 days.

Ya está en marcha la construcción de la biblioteca de El Aaiún. Para que podamos pagar esta nueva construcción y para que podamos ponerla a funcionar contratando a dos bibliotecarios, necesitamos recaudar fondos. Sosgolden is a non-profit association created in 2007 with the sole purpose of helping and defending those who have no voice, our animals. We are a shelter dedicated to rescuing Golden and Labrador Retrievers in particular, but we welcome any dog that needs to be rescued. We have a group of wonderful volunteers and caregivers who look for families for our "stars" and with your help we can heal them and prepare them to be sponsored or adopted.
