Galgos del Sol is a non profit charity located in Murcia, Spain. We are dedicated to rescue abandoned and injured galgos to rehabilitate them and find them forever homes in different parts of the world. Thousands of galgos are abandoned or killed each year at the end of the hunting season. We are an animal sanctuary in Muro de Alcoy. We have almost 100 animals with chronic illnesses, with trauma or who are handicapped. We are a family of 4 and work with 2 amazing volunteers.

Our aim is simple: Rescue, Medically Support & rehome neglected and abandoned animals. As a non-profit organisation, we always put the animals’ interests first. We provide shelter, food, medical care, and love to animals until we can find them forever homes. We are in Hondon de los Frailes.
