The humanitarian emergency in the Mediterranean does not stop and our mission is to protect the lives of the most vulnerable at sea, and on land continues. An educational and artistic initiative for social inclusion. Xamfrà is a social and educational project that uses music and the performing arts to promote social inclusion in a very multicultural community. We work with people in vulnerable situations and at risk of social exclusion. Currently, 300 children and young people from 24 different countries are participating in our activities. REIR ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der sich um verschiedene Projekte mit Kindern, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, kümmert, insbesondere in Katalonien. Wir versuchen, mit Projekten wie Anlaufstellen und Prävention mit dem Kinderhilfswerk eine umfassende Antwort, Schutz und Unterstützung zu bieten. Es werden Schulstipendien für Kinder finanziert, die von Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. Aktuell gibt es ein solches Teaming-Stipendium und demnächst werden wir zwei solcher Stipendien anbieten.

Nos centramos en cada persona para desarrollar al máximo sus capacidades, potenciando todo aquello que SÍ pueden hacer. Alzheimer Catalunya Fundació is a non-profit organisation with more than 30 years of experience working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by dementia. Its mission is to provide guidance, support and visibility to the person with dementia and their caregiving environment, with the aim of ensuring that they always live with the highest quality of life and dignity.
