For years now our small shelter has been taking in dogs & cats which almost always arrive in very bad condition. Here we look after them until they recover & we find them a family. We fight against abuse & neglect, but our association doesn't get grants nor subsidies, & we have a lot of expenses: vets, food, cleaning products, drinking water, living facilities ... Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.

Este grupo se ha creado como ayuda a los muchísimos gastos con los que contamos en Apa pupetc, y para que con un mínimo gesto se pueda colaborar con ellos.

We are an animal shelter that we have been working since July 2014 in the Bajo Cinca and Baix Segrià region. We rescue animals in poor condition, mistreated and abandoned. We welcome them into our shelters, we give them the necessary care, veterinary attention, we re-educate them so that they can live in a home with a family and we seek adoption. We do not have a grant or help from any administration and we survive thanks to private donations.
