Animal welfare goes beyond national borders. Every animal deserves a chance at a dignified life. The association operates a shelter in Tunari, Romania. A maximum of 140 dogs can currently be taken in and cared for there. We take care of dogs that have had an accident or are in need, and we constantly rescue animals from the so-called killing-shelters. In addition, we support and organize castration campaigns and maintain a Germany-wide network of around 100 foster homes.

Foteini Mandalianou ist eine wundervolle Tierschützerin und lebt in Nea Peramos/Griechenland. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Familie kümmert Sie sich dort um die Straßenhunde (ausgewachsen wie auch Welpen). Unser Ziel ist die Sicherstellung und Unterstützung der monatlichen Futterkosten, Kastrationskosten, med. Versorgung, etc. für die derzeit ca. 100 Hunde in einem privatem Shelter. ProDogRomania ist ein eingetragener Verein, der sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, Leben und Lebensqualität der Hunde in Rumänien (Baile Herculane und Ploiesti) zu schützen. Unsere Projekte: 1) Privates Tierheim von Mishu Stoica in BaileHerculane, Süd-West-Rumänien, ca. 300 Hunde 2) Städtisches Tierheim „Bucov“ in Ploiesti 70 km von Bukarest, ca. 2000 Hunde Kooperation mit Tierschützerinnen Mihaela Teodoru und Aniela Ghita 3) Privates Tierheim „Sanctuary of Hope“

For 2014 we have been helping Stibis' dog paradise, in Public Shelter Galati, where 1500 dogs "live". These dogs do not have anyone and so you need us. We make sure enough food is available on site and have already saved many dogs. We also castrate, we let dogs provide medical care, etc. Therefore, we are grateful to YOU for any help. We also have 50 dogs waiting for paid foster homes in Romania for your chance. Please help us so that we can continue to help

Cantinho da Milu is a non-profit shelter located near Setúbal, Portugal. We house around 700 animals, mainly dogs but also a few cats. Cantinho da Milu is supported mainly by donations of several animal lovers. We rescued over 10.300 abused and neglected animals over the last 15 years. Along with medical care, our team provides all the love, attention and training that our rescues need to recover from their difficult pasts, so that they can move on to permanent and loving homes.
