Pepi's refuge in Pedrera, Seville, Spain was founded in June 2005 by Alan and Jane Since then they have given shelter to hundreds of dogs. For them it's a labour of love and dedication. They started taking dogs in, when they found close by their home a poor dog hanging in a tree, the dog had been "put down" in what seems a most cruel and callous way. Pepi's survive on fundraising and donations alone. So they need every Euro raised to feed and care for the 80 dogs currently at the refuge.

Our non-profit association supports the Happy Vagabonds animal shelter in Baia Mare, Romania. In this shelter more than 140 abandoned, mistreated, sick, old and also young dogs are well cared for with a lot of love and dedication. The dogs have found a safe place to stay until they will be provided into loving hands. The monetary donations are used in order to buy food, to finance the needed vaccinations and sterilizations, and also to maintain the animal shelter's infrastructure.

As per Guinnes Book of World Rekords the Smeura is bearing the mournful title of being the biggest animal shelter of the world. Around 5400 dogs and 600 puppies need around 2.7 tonnes food per day. The staff members are doing an inconceivable job - organizationally, physically and emotionally. Driving around with a castration van and pushing the clearing up of the locals. Every euro is needed. Galgos 112 es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro que se dedica al rescate y recuperación de galgos y podencos. Una vez rescatados los perros reciben el tratamiento veterinario necesario en cada caso y ya recuperados se entregan en adopción como animales de compañía. Galgos 112 no recibe subvenciones de ningún tipo. El 30% de los galgos y podencos rescatados por Galgos 112 llegan a la asociación en un estado crítico que requiere tratamientos especiales de larga duración y coste elevado.
