The Animalist Shelters Network brings together shelters and sanctuaries for farmed animals rescued from exploitation. It promotes their role among the public and institutions, coordinates the organizations, supports their development and the creation of new shelters. It shares ethical practices, highlights its members, and organizes events (screenings, meetings, AnimalDoc Festival). © Fairshot
The Animalist Shelters Network brings together 16 dedicated sanctuaries, offering more than 2,000 farmed animals a life of dignity, free from exploitation. These places take in rescued animals and provide them with a peaceful life that respects their needs and individual personalities. Our mission: to support, structure, and develop these shelters in order to strengthen their impact and shift the way society views non-human animals. We take concrete action: improving living conditions, supporting animal care, providing development guidance, and creating tools, including a dedicated guide. The “Committed Refuge” label promotes high standards of care and strengthens public trust. Your support helps shelters, enables new ones to be set up, and helps build a world that treats these sentient beings with greater respect. © Fairshot
