We are going to help Sebahat Hanifeoglu from the north of Turkey, near the Black Sea. Sebahat with the help of very few people is taking care of the animals in her shelter, mostly dogs, as well as about 500 dogs on several locations outside, somewhere. Apart from food, medical care she is working on prevention, by spaying animals as much as she can. She has found a vet who is willing to spay/neuter strays for a very reasonable price. Her hope is to spay this year 250 animals!
