Stray cats of Playa del Cura in Gran Canaria

We’re asking people to join our Teaming group because it gives us a simple but powerful way to support the street cats of Playa del Cura. All the money from Teaming—every single euro—is dedicated to buying food and water. That’s its only purpose. It helps us make sure no cat goes hungry or thirsty, day after day. Our PayPal (playadelcurastraycats@gmail.com) donations are used for everything else the cats urgently need: vet bills, flea and worming treatments, essential equipment, and yes, sometimes extra food and water when it’s needed. This work is 100% volunteer-based. We give our time, our hearts, and often our own money to help these animals survive and feel loved. But we can’t do it alone—we need you. Even just €1 a month through Teaming can be a lifeline. It may feel small, but when many of us come together, it becomes something truly powerful. Please join us and be part of something that saves lives—one bowl of food, one bottle of water, one act of kindness at a time.

Up to 9th November 2025, we’ve raised €82 through Teaming.
We withdrew €58 on 22nd October
and €12 on 3rd November
a total of €70 used to feed our hungry cats.

On 4th November, we placed a big Mercadona order for €251.20 (including delivery) — made possible thanks to our amazing Teamers and generous volunteers who helped cover the rest.

Without you, we simply couldn’t do this.
You make sure our cats don’t go to sleep hungry, that they are cared for, loved, and safe. This food will last less than 3 weeks — and then we’ll need to do it all over again.
